ORDER PROCESSING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue,
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to
be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
Our website is secure: all payments are handled through a secure
e-commerce system, giving you complete security and peace of mind. All orders
will normally be shipped the same or next day although some orders can
take a little longer. If an item is not in stock we email or phone
you so that you know when to expect it. If you would rather not wait
you have the option to cancel the order.
We are happy to accept official orders from institutions or
educational establishments such as schools.
PRIVACY
Your name and
address are never released to anyone outside Crown House Publishing,
but we do occasionally send out mailings on behalf of other groups
when we believe the product or service they are offering could be of
interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please
indicate in the tick box on the order screen and we will amend our
records accordingly.
Please note that cookies are used on this shopping site, but only
to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have
selected an item.
RETURN POLICY
We operate a “no quibble” returns policy: you may cancel your
order at any time before your order is shipped and up to 7 working
days after you receive your order. Any items to be returned should
be sent, in mint condition, to the address shown in our invoice. Full refund
or credit will be given excluding postage. You have to pay the return postage. In the unlikely event that you
have any complaints please contact Crown House Publishing.
